El domingo por fin pudimos sacar de paseo nuestro regalo de Papa Noel de este año... y no veais lo que disfrutamos con la GoPro.
Fue un día de estrenos porque también nos estrenamos en un entreno de las Sport Angels: Pau, Caro y Gema que hicieron que el Retiro en un día semi-lluvioso se convirtiese en una fiesta...¡¡equipazo!!
Calentamiento de 4km a ritmo suave (perfecto para ir toqueteando nuestro nuevo amiguito que, por cierto, todavía no tiene nombre ¿sugerencias?), seguidos por unas subiditas a la Cuesta del Ángel (para ir cogiendo ritmo para la de la Avda de la Albufera que nos espera en un par de días) y terminando con un entrenamiento de fuerza con el sargento Prato. Una lástima que se pusiese a llover y nos perdiésemos la parte de yoga que tenía preparada Pau... ¡¡con lo que me apetecía!!
Aunque trabajamos lo suyo, las risas, las bromas, el buen rollo, nos acompañaron toda la mañana... echad un vistazo al vídeo y veréis...
